*Written over the easter period.*

More than a story You are to me,
More than pages in a book of history.
You turned my protest into praise,
My hands and heart to You I raise.
Who am I that You should care,
Wherever I look, You’re always there.
Holy God, You left Your throne above,
You lived among us and showed us Your love.
What greater love can there ever be,
That my God should suffer and die for me.

John 15:13: “Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.”
Remembering Your sacrifice with appreciation and a thankful heart this Easter.
